Report creation. Releases that don't have associated Change record

I'm looking to create a visualization that shows DPR Releases which do not have a related Change Request record.  I see you can find releases on the change request table but I can see how to relate changes on the release table.  Has anyone created something like this and where can I look to do this?

You can Create a Database View . from that you can create the visualisation.
