Report on change_request_metric table against Change Approval status

I have other reports built using the change_request_metric table, but I cannot figure this out.

I need to report on all Changes that have the "Definition=Change Approval" and "Value=Authorize" but I need to get the actual TIME STAMP on when the change request was put into Authorize state, so that I can sort them in date order from oldest to newest in the queue.

I'm not an admin, just a basic user, so I don't have any information on the fields or data in the tables. Is that posted somewhere (I find old posts linking to Wiki which are all dead links)?

In configure I've added almost every possible field to the list report, and none of it has the time stamp I need. I would assume it's in there somewhere?

Hi,

You have done everything right so far. Just add the column "start" in your report.

That captures the time stamp when the change state was changed.

Hmm...so I tried that and when I click on random entries that come up in the report, it's not showing the latest "start" time, it's showing earlier enteries (for example, if a change was put in Authorize, then rejected/returned to New, then back to Authorize state a second time).  It looks like it picks up EVERY entry in the logs, not just the latest because if I group by change number, some have multiple entries.

How can I get it to report ONLY on the last time it was put into Authorize?

The methodology worked for me thinking about the space people for the structure.
