We have a user who has added a chart to a dashboard as a widget. When they click on any of the bars, it takes them to a page with a list view of that information. However, when someone else on their team clicks on the bar, they get a message: "Security constraints prevent access to requested page"
The users have access to the Dashboard and chart - why does this occur for them?

it looks like that is a database view joining multiple tables and hence not showing up in the Access Analyzer
share how your report is configured
Is it using some group by etc
In left nav search database view and search that here
-> try creating that table.None READ ACL with snc_internal role
💡 If my response helped, please mark it as correct ✅ and close the thread 🔒— this helps future readers find the solution faster! 🙏

When I search for it, it doesn't appear. This is why I'm so confused:
The ones I've blurred are not what I am looking for

Hi @Cat
Is this a system/custom table, or did you create this table yourself?
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@Dr Atul G- LNG Thanks for the mention. @Cat The user who are seeing this issue may not have read/report_viewer access to the underlying table.
To debug the ACL issue, you can use Access Analyser to find the problematic ACL.
