Report to calculate percentage

Hi All,
I have a requirement to create a PA dashboard which has multiple dynamic filters to showcase the percentage of breached/total incident  in it . Whether we can do this or not.
Or we have any possibility to achieve this through reporting dashboard.

Yes, it is possible to achieve this in ServiceNow. You can create a PA dashboard by following these steps:

  1. Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Identify the KPIs you want to measure, such as the percentage of breached incidents.

  2. Create an Indicator Source: Define the indicator source to gather the necessary data for your KPIs. In this case, you'll need to retrieve the count of breached and total incidents.

  3. Define an Indicator: Create an indicator based on the indicator source you defined. Set up the calculation to determine the percentage of breached incidents out of the total.

  4. Build the PA Dashboard: Once you have your indicators set up, you can create a PA dashboard using the Performance Analytics module. Configure the dashboard to include the desired filters, such as dynamic filters based on incident attributes or timeframes.

But I need to use 2 dynamic filter here. Is there any possible way to do this?
I'm using breakdown source as a filter here.
