The best practice is that organizations should use SSO (Single Sign-On), which means there is no need to set a separate password for logging into ServiceNow.
If SSO is not enabled in your case, you can click on “Forgot Password” and follow the steps, or raise a request with the Service Desk / IT support team.

Hi @nirbhay803
It seems you are using inline password. Any Admin can reset your password again.
- Navigate to the Users module in the Application Navigator.
- Search for and open the specific user record.
- Locate the Password needs reset checkbox field.
- Check the box and click Save or Update.
- The next time the user attempts to log in, they will be prompted to enter and confirm a new password
If you are using PDI,
1. Check your mail for the admin's password
OR
IN developer portal ->Click for Assistance ->forgot password
