Bar Chart Description:
The chart displays the count of incidents currently in New status.
The horizontal axis represents the Date Incident Created.
Above the chart, display a label showing: “Oldest Incident: X Days”.
Calculation:
The value for “X Days” is calculated as the difference between the current date and the “Date Incidents Created” among the incidents — representing how long the oldest incident has been in backlog. The days should exclude business days.

Hi Atul,
I need guidance on how this report can be created. Below is the requirement.
A Bar Chart:
The chart displays the count of incidents currently in New status.
The horizontal axis represents the Date Incident Created.
Above the chart, display a label showing: “Oldest Incident: X Days”.
Calculation:
The value for “X Days” is calculated as the difference between the current date and the “Date Incidents Created”— representing how long the oldest incident has been in backlog. The days should exclude business days.

Based on your previous screenshot, it doesn’t seem fully feasible compared to what you’re getting versus what I shared. Try to show how it’s coming as part of the platform and see what the customer says.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
