    • Bar Chart Description:

      • The chart displays the count of incidents currently in New status.

      • The horizontal axis represents the Date Incident Created.

      • Above the chart, display a label showing: “Oldest Incident: X Days”.

      Calculation:

      • The value for “X Days” is calculated as the difference between the current date and the “Date Incidents Created” among the incidents — representing how long the oldest incident has been in backlog. The days should exclude business days.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar

I have used Time Series type and used created date for the x axis(trend by). Filters: State is New

Here in the screenshot the data label shows the count of incidents at the top, instead I need to show the no of days the incidents are in backlog (new state) which is today's date-created date. How do I achieve this in reporting? I wanted to calculate created date subtracted by today's date.

 I have tried the same in PA however PA doesn't support scripting on count.

@supriya pratapa

your requirement is not feasible with reporting.
