Hi,
I have created few reports using Trend chart. We don't want the data table to be expanded in the dashboard since it consumes more space but we want the data table to be compressed in the dashboard. When the users need to view they will click on the + icon to expand the data in table format.
Hence i unchecked Display data table checkbox in the report.
1. I gave Dashboard read access to all ITIL users.
2. Created the report as Global report
When i view the report in the dashboard, it looks perfect. I could see + icon below the reports to expand the table.
But when other ITIL users view the report in the same dashboard, + icon is missing for all the other users expect me who created the report.
I am i missing anything? How can we show the data table compressed with + icon in the Dashboard?
Working for Me
Not Working for other Users

Do you have accessibility enabled and others do not? I believe that forces the collapsible grid for all charts for users with this enabled.

Do you have the admin role, i.e. can you impersonate one of the users to see if you can see it when logged in as them? It will tell you whether it's an issue due to their browser, or whether it's truly due to their role.
As admin, you may also be able to see something if you used Debug Security, but I've never tried to use it with reports before.
Another possibility - reports inherit table security as well, unlike Performance Analytics where they have access to the scores table. If the user goes directly to the table you're reporting on, can they see the list?

Yes, i have accessibility enabled. After enabling accessibility for others it worked fine. Thanks Adam!
