I would like to request an audit report for AGLs who currently hold an active ServiceNow Fulfiller license.

AGL fields present in Business application 

How do i cerate a report ? based on what condition

Hello @pramn,

Check Subscription Management > Subscription Overview first: open the Fulfiller license and look at its Associated Roles related list, that's the real set of roles counted as Fulfiller on your instance, not just itil. Build the report on sys_user with Active is true and Roles is one of those roles, then cross-reference against your AGL field on cmdb_ci_business_app (it's a custom field, not OOB, so confirm its exact name first). A small database view joining sys_user_has_role to that AGL reference gets you the audit list in one report instead of two.
