- We should share some reports and dashboard with our end-users like a managers, directors, to be able to see and access the these reporting and dashboards, without having a ITIL role, like a stakeholder
- It is a simple reports not developed with the « Performance Analytics » application, and we should give access to our directors to see all the KPI (reports) related to some specific topic, and to see all the details related to the incident and service request items just in READ ONLY mode. The users with this role shouldn't be able to edit any record, but just maybe and only their proper incident and proper service request items.
I've tried this role "business_stakeholder" but i guess it is operational just for the reporting created from the " Performance Analytics " Applicaiton
Thanks in advance for your answer

Maybe creating a reporting ACL on those tables you want the non itil users to see reports on with no roles would do achieve this?

I guess this "Publish" option can be operational just in the report application, can i use it also from a Dashboard ?
I've seen also when i publish a report and by using the link generated, i can see the report wihtout a title, is is normal ?
Thanks in advance.
Adil
