Schedule Export module Australia verison issue

Hi,

I use Schedule Reports module in Zurich version. Recently our company upgraded it to Australia version, in that a new module is there i.e. Schedule Exports.

First I created 6 visualizations and added them in the scheduled exports at 9 am but what I received is nothing (no attachments) only the subject and body.
what could be the issue.

Did you schedule it by going to the Schedule section in dashboard, or through the Report section?

Remember there are limited type of visualizations which are supported and file type also has some restrictions for each visualization

See if your config has correct details

Schedule the export of data visualizations or dashboards
