On October 1st, 2025, we were scheduled to have a session on the AI Agent Dashboard; however, some unforeseen events prevented the Speaker from joining the session. The AI Agent Dashboard session has been rescheduled for October 29th, 2025.

So in its place, we had an impromptu Ask the Experts session. Questions and Answers are below.

Q9: When enabling data cache, indicator scorecard shows no data. Refreshing won’t fix it. Change cache expiration time won't help either. It only happens with scorecard visualization.

Q10: As per last qna, there was a topic of dynamic data binding. that gave me a great boost. One quick follow up, if we want to make filters of the data, which we copied via debugger> $0.getresolvedproperties() for the visualization dependent on other client state param? right now the data visualization wont re- render with the updated client state param.

Q12: How can we adjust decimal formatting in the single score data visualization? In the migrated report, the single score displays as 0.00 when no data is available. How can we configure it to show a whole number (0) without decimal places in such cases?

Q14: Drill-down functionality is not working on the migrated reports. What is the recommended approach to resolve this issue? Is it necessary to recreate the data visualizations and manually reconfigure drill-down features for each migrated report that previously included them?

Q15: Wondering if there is any update on this issue, that changing visualization type resets the data source. It's so disheartening to bulid out a complex filter, only to realize you needed a list instead of a bar or single score (or vice versa) and have to rebuild everything. I've verified it is not fixed in Zurich: https://support.servicenow.com/ideas?id=view_idea&sysparm_idea_id=a12c8c2387afa65c57288519dabb350e&s...

Q16: Also wondering if there is any update on PRB1935647, that extended table attributes are not available on Platform Analytics. We were advised to create database views as a workaround, but that is really painful for the number of reports that would need to be update to use the database views to make this work.

Q19: Just researching if AI Agent dashboard will need Performance Analytics? I'm seeing things that are indicating that Performance Analytics will be eventually replaced with Platform Analytics. Does this mean that everything in Performance Analytics that's currently requires a Pro license will be available in standard?

Q20: Is there a way to see SLA timelines for the ticket in a workspace interface? I am used to investigating SLAs timelines in Core UI, but our teams are encouraged to work within HR Agent workspace, and I was not able to see the SLA details except just listing them with some basic information.
