Scheduled Report attachment is empty

Hi all,

I have scheduled chat queue entry table report daily. Report has data but when it is being exported in scheduled report data is unavailable in excel. Can anyone please help me. Previously it was working fine. There was no changes done in the scheduled report.

We are going to need some more information.  You say no changes, but something must have changed.  If you run it manually as the same user who scheduled it, do you get data?  Verify that the run as user has the correct permissions.  If you look at the log file for that time, anything interesting? Use the node log file browser for that specific time.

jeffcs - Thanks for your reply. It worked when changed 'Run As'. COnfigured from form layout.

@Jeff Currier  i am facing a similar issue , where er are exporting records from a custom table with a scoped application. but  since i created the scheduled export only when i am included in Run as exports has records, else the document is blank.
