Scheduled report error on PDF export

On a particular schedule report that run on daily 8:00 AM EST time. got an error in attached pdf in email "Error: Export failed using AVP servers". but the same scheduled report we execute manually using UI action button "Execute Now". So PDF was Delivered correctly in email attached pdf. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

We are also on Rome Patch 8 (hosted, not on prem) and have this happen from time to time. As it turns out, it happened this morning at 7am. In the past, we were instructed by Support to change the time of the generation of the report because it was too busy at the moment of creation. It was pushed back from 8am to 7am and now has occurred again. Unfortunately I do not have any better information and would like to if there is a way to identify the traffic pattern, or reduce scheduled reports that are using the pdf conversion, but do not need to be active.
