Scheduled report is not received in mailbox but sent from serviceNow

Hi,

I have created a scheduled report while executing this it is sent from servicenow but not received in mailbox.

While investigating this i found that 'User' field in email log is empty that is why it is not getting triggered in mailbox.

How can i populate this ' user' field?

Please help!

Question should be what is defined in scheduled report job. Could you show? 

You need to have users assigned there or email addresses.

User fields is almost always empty.

You need recipients rather.

yes i have given group. even if i am trying with giving static email address it is not getting triggered to mailbox.

Send-ready means it is in the queue waiting to be sent. 

If there are recipients it should be sent.

I've had to actually enter in email addresses to get these to send. You could try it in a non prod environment, enter an email address, click execute/run now then check the email logs to confirm the email generated.

Or even enter your own email address in prod and execute to test it out.

But yes, it needs to be 'scheduled' with valid email addresses. I think they also need to be internal email addresses. I don't think it works sending to someone outside your company.
