scheduled report sending pdf only

HI All,

Recently my instance upgraded to San Diego and now we are getting an issue with scheduled reports as It's sending reports in pdf format instead of excel(.xlsx). If I am am scheduling a new report it's working fine. Please suggest.

Hi Nitin,

 

You can go to scheduled Jobs and check the concerned scheduled report record and change the format

Hi,

Did you verify after the upgrade somebody updated the scheduled report and changed the format?

What debugging have you done so far?

It's Same case with me also , and PDF report does not show any data as well. Of we update the type of existing report then also it's not affecting and report still send pdf.

It is resolved with Patch 10.  Are you still seeing the table data missing in the pdf report after patch 10?
