Why the scheduled report is sending in PDF type instead of CSV type.

Hi All,

 

I have a list type report that is scheduled every monday 6pm and it shared with everyone having ITIL role and scheduled email report type I have given as csv but its is sending  in PDF type and in the PDF is not showing any data.

Its showing like the sender does not have access to this report

Glad to know that my approach worked.

Not sure what might be the issue. You never know how ServiceNow behaves at some time.

Is it sending PDF always?

Did you try creating a fresh scheduled report with CSV type?

I have created new scheduled report that is working now ,May I know the reason why the old one is not working
