Can this out of box report be scheduled and emailed to a group, or do you need to go into the system, run it manually and then export?  Thank you!

Hi @CKnight

As per the latest update, OOTB reports have been moved under Platform Analytics → Data Visualization. Please navigate there to access and view the out-of-the-box (OOTB) reports.

Hi @CKnight

You can absolutely schedule out-of-the-box ServiceNow reports to be automatically emailed to specific groups or users without running them manually

  • Navigate to your report via Reports > View / Run.
  • Click the Sharing icon (the square with an arrow) in the report header and select Schedule.
  • Fill out the schedule details in the form:
    • Run & Time: Set the frequency (e.g., Daily, Weekly) and the exact time you want the report sent.
    • Recipients: Specify the Users and/or Groups who should receive the email. You can also type individual email addresses.
    • Format: Choose the file type for the attached report (e.g., PDF, Excel, CSV).
    • Subject & Message: Customize the email subject and body as needed.
  • Check the Active box and click Submit.
