SCIM based provisioning

HI,

I have configured the scim configuration in servicenow and provided the tenant url and secret token to azure team but when they try to test the connection , they are receiving this error - The "System for Cross-Domain Identity Management Credential Validation Unavailable"  how to resolve this error. please see the ss below-

The error already point to the issue: wrong credentials. Are you sure everything is configured/copy/pasted correctly?

Check whether your credentials are correct. If yes, check if you have whitelisted all Azure AD IPs in SCIM network policy.
