Wednesday
Hi All,
I am seeking your guidance on automating ServiceNow reporting, as we are currently managing it manually in Excel on a weekly and monthly basis.
Although we have developed several high-level dashboards that present key metrics in scorecards, graphs, and list views, we still need to share a few critical reports with senior leadership in Excel format. These reports typically include detailed tabular data such as metrics by Tower Lead, weekly performance, target comparisons, week-over-week changes, and 4-week trend analysis along with the conditional formatting (whether metric is in red or green)
Our objective is to eliminate this Excel-based process and streamline reporting. Could you please advise if there is a way to fully automate this within ServiceNow, so that leadership can receive a snapshot of these metrics directly within the email body?
Appreciate your suggestions.
Thank You!
JD

Hi Mark,
Thank you for your response.
We have already scheduled these key metric reports on our end, and based on them, we compile the final weekly/monthly report in the required format for leadership sharing.
Thank You!

Can you then let us know what it is you are looking for? You want to get rid of doing things in Excel and automate report sharing. That's what the scheduled reports are for.
