Has anyone set up reporting to track service portal use? If so, what reporting do you have and how did you do it?

have you seen 'usage overview' module under service portal
it has bunch of OOB reports based on 'sp_log' table.
(please mark helpful/like/correct if it helps)

While I put this dashboard up and shared with the Managers group with the pa_power_user role, they can view the dashboard but can't drill down into = keep getting the "security restraints" popup
I went into the ACL for this and it shows they have the role to access but still doesn't work. Looking for a reason why???
Thanks

You need to update all 3 of the OOB read ACL's on sp_log and sp_log.*
Add ITIL role and then remove the sp_admin role.
