Upgraded to Kingston and I can now share any PA dashboard with any user. I have done this, and they can view the dashboard without an issue. However, when they try to click on one of the breakdowns, they get the message "Security rules prevent access to this indicator, breakdown, or element combination".
I have checked the access control on the Indicator and it is set as below
And the access control on the breakdown is set as below
Am I missing something?

Please take a look at the following docs, it shows what role a user need to have in different scenraios:
I think he should be having PA Power User role according to above if the user wants to see indicators and breakdowns.

Thanks for the suggestion padmanabamtirumala, but not what I am after. I would have thought the whole idea of being able to share a read only version of the dashboard would be that end users wouldn't need to have any PA roles assigned to view the details?

I believe the user needs pa_viewer to view the detailed score card.
