How to hide the platform analytics advertisement on legacy dashboards??

Is there a way to hide this message on the legacy dashboards page?  I do not want to advertise Platform Analytics until we have a program to migrate people.

I can't find a property or a setting to disable it.

Set com.glide.par.coreui_single_migration.enabled to false will hide it on the dashboards

I was able to follow instructions from Zurich Patch 8 Release notes in PRB1989067 as outlined below and it worked for me. It may depend on what version your instance is currently on.
