Show tickets created via the customer portal

I have been asked to create a dashboard showing all tickets that have been created via the customer portal. However, i cant find any fields to search on for this.

 

Incidents are easy as there is a source field but Service Requests don't have anything like this, nor do the Requested Items or Catalog Tasks. I have searched online and spent hours fighting AI to try and work out a solution. 

 

Is there any nice easy out of box solution  I can use to report on all tickets created via our customer portal? It can't be this hard.

Hi @David_W,

 

For the Service Request submitted via catalog items, I would expect that 99 % are submitted from portal... or do you mean from one particular portal not portal in general?

tickets? what does that mean? is it just INC or Case?

Incidents, Requests, what ever other Tasks can be submitted via the customer portal though I don't think we use Cases.
