Survey trigger now working

Hi

I have a survey trigger in my PDI and is randomly firing, but it is not consistent. Can you help me please?

It shows the interval is 30 days. Are you triggering the survey before that as well?

Be aware that the Repeat Interval setting of 30 days means any given user (Opened by in this case) will only receive a survey once every 30 days even if the conditions are met more often than that.  Are you testing with different Opened by users?
