Targets not working in a breakdown dashboard :(

We added a target value of 95 for breakdown Priority and checked the option: Any Element on indicator % Incidents Resolved within SLA. (See attached)

When we put this indicator on a dashboard tab which is not a breakdown dashboard, we can see the priority targets. But when the same tab is linked to a breakdown dashboard (for ex: Business Group or Business Unit), we don't see the targets (See attached widget configuration).

Indicator contains the Business Group as a breakdown with the same breakdown source which is being used in the breakdown dashboard. Also follow element option is checked in widget configuration (as shown in attachment).

Is it an issue with targets not following breakdown with in a breakdown?

Hi Gita,

The answer to your question is quite simple. The target you've set is on Priority. The option "any element" is only referring to the element of the breakdown Priority. You could also have different targets for each element of the breakdown.

By creating a breakdown dashboard you are essentially showing a second level breakdown. % Incidents Resolved within SLA per Assignment Group per Priority. Performance Analytics currently does not support targets on indicators at the second level breakdown (breakdown within a breakdown).

I am having a issue with a few widgets not displaying the target red/green color when I have "Follow element" selected. I have follow element selected because the widgets are driven by a Breakdown Source. This breakdown source has a list of groups to select. Once selected, it should change the percentages in the score widgets, but the color isn't changing.

As you can see, the target shows "any element" as false. Do you know how to change that? Im thinking it should say "true" then it will work.
