Task Intelligence blank prediction

Hi,

Im trying to set up task intelligence to predict certain fields, and while it works fine for service and assignment group, it does not seem to be able to return a cateogry prediction despite saying at the top that it has made a prediction. Instead the top recommendation is simply an empty box, regardless of what short description I give it.

Is your  BR in place?

Category with mandatory field , it will not work . Make it non-mandatory and try -it will work if BR is in place.

Unfortunately the category field needs to remain mandatory, so that wont be possible. Service is also mandatory but that worked fine.
