Taxonomy node Breakdown not collecting data

I wanted to created a New Breakdown in Performance Analytics for the Incident table.

After setting it and trying to collect the data I received this warning in the Job Log ¨No/Invalid breakdown mapping found for breakdown Service.Taxonomy node and facts table incident¨

For creating the Automated Breakdown, I followed up these steps on the wizard setup:

- Go to Breakdown > Create New

- I selected the Indicator where I want to use the Breakdown

- Select the Field:

Service > Service fields

Taxonomy node

Once finished, on the indicator I can see the fields of the breakdown but their scores are all 0.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

(I attached a picture of the New Breakdown creation process)

Note - I do not if this helps, but, when I tried to use the Service Breakdown that is already set by default in the platform, it appears empty once I selected it in the Indicator.

I am facing a similar issue for sys_user_has_role table. Did you find a resolution?
