time in queue

I was having some problems in trying to determine the time spent assigned to a particular queue. Can someone please help me with some recommendations?

Hi Mike,

Thank you for your reply. I created the metric, but I am not sure how can I connect it with the facts table Incident (or Requested Item, or Task, etc).

I do not have admin rights and I was wondering if we can create a field directly based on this metric definition?
