Time Zone in Report

I will use above filter conditions in my report. Currently my servicenow page is in UTC time zone. I will share my report to a personal who is using service now page in IST time zone. Obviously the records will be differ because of the different time zone the report is running. So I want to restrict my report to use the time zone in which time zone I have created.

Ex: If I create the report in UTC means, people who are using diff time zone in service now page should also get the record based on the original time zone (UTC).

I don't think so this will happen.

the report when runs will run in the timezone user has selected from settings icon

While reports always use the viewer's timezone, if you use Performance Analytics, you can (and do) lock the timezone.
