To Create a Report in ServiceNow for Incidents

Hi,

Can someone help me with the following requirements to create a report?

Report requirements:

Incidents Priority - P3 and P4

Created in Last 12 Months

Updated or Resolved - after hours (working hours are 08:00 to 17:00)
