Is there a way in analytics to see what the top ten topics or cases were last year or last quarter?
Its a categorization exercise basically; but not sure if something is available OOB. before I dump everything in snowflake and run a python query?

If you mean the number of cases by category, you can just create a bar chart. Table is Case, group by = category and you select your time period in the conditions (or as filter on a dashboard to make it more dynamic).

Hi @AndersBGS
1- What workers are typing in the HRSD cases - top 10 case categorization?
2- What end users are searching for in employee portal?

Kassem your best bet is to activate and configure user experience analytics if you have not done so, specially for portal metrics.
