In simple terms, we would like to perform keyword analysis, trend analysis, and a combined analysis of both. Is this possible?

Is it possible to conduct a CASE analysis based on a timeline or keywords?

Timeline: During certain periods, we receive more inquiries of a specific nature.

Topics: The current or recent CASEs frequently involve specific keywords.

For example, in the early spring, we often receive inquiries related to licenses due to job transfers. If we can analyze this trend, we can proactively inform and address these issues. We would like to perform such an analysis to identify trending times and keywords.

Hi, you can look at the Text Analytics, it allows you to identify what words/phrases are trending and see the timeline for the specific words. 

@olgaredkina  But isnt text analytics just for forms based on what its says in the link provided: can it be run on cases too?

Yes, Text Analytics is using Performance Analytics as a base for analysis, so you will see for each keyword how it is trending (timeseries under text cloud). The video in the link that I shared above shows how you can analyse trend in text analytics widget
