Trying to calculate grand total of item cost under a specific field

Hi all,

Maybe you can advise how can I calculate sum of items cost?

I have tried right click on the field (item cost) then Configure>>list calculations and there I have only maximum and minimum vales (see image).

Does anyone know if I can add additional parameters such as sum and AVG?

If so how can I reflect it in Bar chart along weeks?
