Unable to access platform analytics

When I access platform analytics, I get the message "The page you are looking for could not be found." and cannot access it.

What could be the cause?

I would like to implement this in a commercial system, so please respond.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried updating the plugin, but that didn't change the situation.
After further investigation, I found that the cause was that the active setting for "Platform Analytics Workspace" in the "sys_ux_page_registry" table was set to false.

Are you trying this in a PDI? It seems to work fine in mine. Maybe try running the update in plugins.

I faced the same issue during testing platfrom.pngI couldn't access any of the modules either. Here's what you can do:

  1. Navigate to: sys_ux_page_registry.list

  2. Look for all the UX properties. In my case, I found only two: "Platform Notification" and "Platform Application Engine", but "Platform Analytics" was missing.

  3. I resolved this by importing Platform Analytics as an XML and was then able to retrieve it successfully.
