Showing Additional Attributes on Multiple Select Filters

Hello! Is there a way to add additional attributes to a "Multiple Select" interactive filter that has a table selected as the filter source (example in the screenshot below: adding a short description field in addition to the RITM number so the user has a better idea of what they are looking at)? This is a fairly common request I've been running into so I'm curious if it is possible or if there are any future plans to introduce that feature. Thank you!

ou can’t show an extra description beside the main field in a Multiple Select filter using standard configuration. Only the display field shows.

The system does support extra columns in pop-ups (“ref_ac_columns”), but not within the filter dropdown UI itself.

If this is a frequent request, filing an Enhancement Request (E-Request) with ServiceNow could help surface it for future platform updates.
