Unable to edit Advanced Analytics page name in UI builder

When trying to change the page name of a Dashboard created I am running into this issue.

 

I tried logging out and back in but still seeing this same message.   Is this the correct area where you can change page names in Utah?   and if so does anyone know what is causing the can't edit message?   No permissions have changes since the upgrade to Utah and was able to edit the names when we were using Tokyo.
