Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , @Bhuvan  I think I found the problem the exportation for Visualization Pivot table is not supported in Platform Analytics. Here is the document link below:

Scheduled email export: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-now-intelligence/page/use/par-for-workspace/task/sch...

Export the visualization: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-now-intelligence/page/use/par-for-workspace/task/exp...

I kinda disappointed when they don't support these kind of visualization in Platform Analytics but the classic does

Hi @sieusaopolo15

Looks like it’s a bug. I tried it in Zurich and encountered the same error. It’s best to log a case with ServiceNow Support.

It is also documented in Export a Platform Analytics dashboard (bullet list in note at the beginning) and the Dashboard version of Schedule the export of a dashboard or data visualization. I could not think of any more places to put it.
Sorry, I have been busy or I would have answered you all earlier.
Out of curiosity, where in the documentation was everyone looking for this information?

Hi @sieusaopolo15

I just came across this post and wanted to share that I submitted a case to SN back in September for this issue. This is what the SN tech said for the solution - Basically confirming what you have already pointed out. To be transparent, exporting the dashboard was not a welcomed solution for the group who brought the issue to our attention.

SN Case information:
Description
Error when exporting pivot tables.

Solution
Pivot tables are not supported to export.
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-now-intelligence/page/use/par-for-workspace/referenc...

However there is a workaround to export.

Workaround:
Create a new dashboard in Platform Analytics Workspace
Add your existing Pivot Table visualization to this dashboard
Save the dashboard
From the dashboard view, click the Export Dashboard button
The export will complete successfully with your Pivot Table included

@sieusaopolo15

As mentioned, I have noticed few users reporting this issue and resolution was to raise a support case with ServiceNow and they will help to fix the issue from backend.

Since you followed plugin updates and it still does not work, I would suggest you to raise a support case to resolve the issue.

If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.

Thanks,

Bhuvan
