user not able to select the option in the particular field (list collector)

Hi,

I have a query that user not able to select the option in the particular field (list collector), except him every one able to select the options, i have impersonated into user role & checked still its not working, when i tried from instance iam able to select, any suggestions please.

can you please try below options -

Check                                            Why

ACLs on reference table	User may not have read access
Reference Qualifier	May filter out values for that user
UI Policies / Client Scripts	May disable or hide the list
Personalization	Cached form may block selection
User record fields	May not match conditions expected by qualifier

Can you check whether user have access to table referenced in List collector by debugging ACLs.

Also you can try clearing cache and check.

In Navigator , type cache.do and press enter. And click "Clear cache" link
