Created a trend report for one of my users, and checked 'Display data table'.
The report is by month and shows the number of tickets closed by Assigned to. Simple.
Looks like the default for the Data table is to sort alpha by the Assigned to (in this case). When there are a lot of data items, like there are sometimes, my customer asked if there was a way to sort the data table by the number of items so that they could easily see the largest at a glance and not have to hunt and peck around.
Example:
They would like to see the one with 143 at the top, then the one with 47, etc.
I have not been able to find a way to do this, but if any of you have any tricks, please let me know. You will make my user VERY happy!
Thank You!
