Hello, i need a solution for single days choosing in a calendarview. see screenshot
i would like to list tickets with a custom date range from - till..... with a custom date.
is this possible and wich permissions i need. i have report_admin and performance analytics rights.
is there with easy steps a solution in service now?

Hi @BirgitH ,
the short answer is no. there is no easy way to do this. Some has done this or similar by creating a custom widget, but this is not an easy task. If you wait a little, I have heard that this should be available OOTB from Yokohama.

Hello Anders, thank you for tiny answer.
That is ok that is not an easy way but our colleagues in the company want a solution about this topic to use reports and performance analytics in dashboards.
which permission is needed to create the widget and how are the steps to create.
We have colleagues they have more rights as me but they need a description or the right way to customize / provide this topic.
In product documentation is an article that say that is possible to create over custom widget. i can create widgets but i think i dont have the right to create a custom widget. is there a difference between both?
