Values are not showing in report

We have created one report on "task_sla" table.
We are trying to show assignement_group,assigned_to values from task.
we dot walk to that field.
Values are visible in report from admin view but not from agent/itil/non admin view.
ADMIN VIEW
NON ADMIN/ITIL VIEW
Can anyone help in this case.

Hi,
possibly that user is not having READ Access allowed on task table?
Did you check that since all those 3 fields are dot walked from task table and shown in report

Hi,
did you check those fields are having individual field level READ ACL which are blocking?
if it's working with admin then definitely ACL issue

Hi
Customer may not have read access to see those fields, Please create ACL and give them read access for respective fields. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.
