Virtual Agent Dashboard

Hi everyone,

How do I view the Virtual Agent Dashboard? I have virtual agent admin access. However the dashboard is not displayed.

The documentation shows this exists:

Hi there,

Did you activate the Virtual Agent Dashboard plugin? Because the dashboard is a separate plugin:

When installed, there is a "Dashboard" module presented under the Collaboration Application.

In Paris the name of the Dashboard is:

In Orlando:
