Visual Task Board and Tags

Hi.

We are experimenting with Virtual Task Boards and so far the results are positive.  The question that has come up is about the tags and incidents.  We can add labels/tags on the task board for the states of our incidents.  We can also go to incidents on the list view and add a tag there.  However, the two don't sync together.

is it possible to add a tag on an incident ticket and have it sync to the labels/tags on the visual task board?  The idea is to be able to sort the board by the state by assignee (setup as a swimlane) to prioritize work.  Also if the state of the incident changes, can that somehow be automated to update the tag say from Open to Assigned so the tag would update not only on the incident ticket but also on the board without doing manual intervention on the list view and the board.

does this make sense and if so, is this something doable?

Thanks Maik but when i click the link the screen refreshes a couple of times and i get the developer screen to sign in.  do i need to sign into the developer site to see the link?
