What is possible ways or idea to effectively implement the report depicted in the attached image? Please provide suggestions, strategies, or methods that could be used to execute the plan outlined in the image.

In the image below, there are 3000 tasks, each taking varying durations to complete in weeks. Based on the report, how can we calculate the average and median time for task completion in PA?

The report that you have shared in the snip is not possible in ServiceNow. You have some basic capabilities in the reporting module, alternative you would have advanced capabilities in performance analytics if you have performance analytics licens.
