what is a "label" widget?

For label read TAG

This "widget" (not really - just a list) allows you to draw together items like Knowledge Articles which have been "tagged" as related in some way - perhaps "Security"?

Do you know if this widget is customizable at all (and if so where one would go to make changes to it)? It looks like the widget displays a report of the number, task type, and short description of anything with the label you pick. I'm wondering if those columns can be customized.

I'm afraid its not obvious what this thing IS - it does not appear in the WIDGETS table, nor is it a UI Macro.

Hi William,

I was not able to find how to edit those labels, so I just used a Content Block.

Since I wanted a "label", I used a static HTML block.

Configure a static HTML block
