Why the "insights" in platform analytics dashboard is empty?

Why the "insights" in platform analytics dashboard is empty? It says "At least one UUID in request should be accessible by the user", however I'm already admin.

Are you sure an insight has been generated? Have you read the Insights documentation about what it is and how it works? https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-now-intelligence/page/use/par-for-workspace/concept/...
