Running on Xanadu; encountering a problem while trying to export/schedule a time-series data visualization. The only thing being generated is a placeholder image (shown below). Export seems to be working on simple list visualizations, so wondering if it has to do with how this chart is configured, or if this is a bug.
If I try to export or schedule the following visualization in any format (PDF, PNG, Embedded PNG):
The PNG/PDF generated only has this placeholder image in it:
Details on the visualization:-
Type: Time series column
Data Sources: Resource Allocations Daily, Expense Lines (also tried removing one source, still no luck). Both sources have several filters applied.
Trend by: Week by Date (Resource Allocations Daily) and Time Card.Week Ends On (Expense Line)
Any one got any ideas if this is a visualization, configuration or permissions problem, before I open a support case to report this as a bug?
EDIT: Our internal SN Admins also think this is a bug, so we've opened a support case for it.

This is a known issue, but I am told it was fixed in Xanadu Patch 6.

Yes, Support gave us the same information. After applying Xanadu Patch 6, it corrected the issue.
However, a new bug still remains - you can't schedule/export as an embedded PNG AND have text in the email. Seems to be very temperamental - if you just embed the chart with no other text it's fine. But the moment you add text, it becomes very hit or miss - mostly miss. I've got it to work once, but that's it. I've fallen back to just attaching it as an image to the scheduled email, rather than embedding. 😕
