I have a filter on my Report source to only show tickets for March but on the indicator when i click show records, the records are for february. What could be the issue?

With this very limited information, it's probably something wrong in the configuration.
Please share more about what it is you are doing?
If, for instance, you have a report source stating 'resolved in March' and your report itself is trending by 'created', you will see the tickets that were created in February (or even earlier), but resolved in March. But that's just making assumptions.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Initially i used the condition : created on Last Month on my report source, i used the Same on my indicator source. Then for the Job i use a relative start and a relative end, 1 months ago.
This caused my indicator to only show february score despite me needed the march one as well,
I was able to fix the issue, by having the Condition : created on Last Month, on the indicator itself. For the indicator itself it remained at Relative Start/ Relative End: 1 months ago.
That fixed my issue.
