Hi @SuganyaV6003655,

Even if you have have verified that the Spanish language (Spain) is active at the instance level. Could you please verify the following:

- The Spanish language plugin is installed and enabled in System Definition > Plugins.

- The language code for Spanish (es or your configured Spanish locale) is listed in the supported locales (glide.locale.supported).

- The portal‑specific property glide.sp.portals.language_selector_enabled is set to true and includes the relevant portal sys_id.

Despite this, Spanish is not appearing in the language selector for users on the Service Portal, which suggests the issue is not that the language is inactive, but rather that the portal language selector or its binding does not expose Spanish correctly. Next, you could check the portal header configuration and the user‑preference field mapping to ensure Spanish is available in the portal UI.

Hope this helps!

how can i make spanish language available for user individually if i install plugin in user machine it will resolve this issue

Plugins are not installed on the user machine—it is an instance setup and not syncing with the user’s machine. This needs to be configured only at the user table level.
